Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly, and we strive to be fair and flexible when it comes to our cancellation policies. In the event that you need to cancel your tour, we have established a cancellation policy that takes into consideration the various costs and commitments associated with organizing your trip.

We believe that these cancellation policies are fair and reasonable, considering that we make extensive arrangements and reservations in advance to ensure a seamless and enjoyable tour experience for our customers.

  • Our cancellation policy states that if you need to cancel your tour more than 60 days before the scheduled start date, you will receive a full refund. This allows us some time to adjust our arrangements and potentially offer the spot to other interested travelers.
  • For cancellations made between 45 and 60 days prior to the tour start date, a 75% refund of the booking amount will be provided. we will retain the balance to cover our operational expenses, which may include accommodation reservations, transportation arrangements, and guide fees.
  • Cancellations made within 15 and 44 days of the scheduled tour, a 50% refund of the booking amount will be provided.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled tour will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund. This is because many of the costs associated with your booking would have already been incurred by that point. However, we will work with you to find a solution that minimizes any additional financial strain such as rescheduling your tour to later dates.

Otherwise, We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, as this can help protect you financially in case unexpected events prevent you from proceeding with your tour.
